Decent Salve, minor issue

I picked up one of their Beeswax Salves and a couple of Beeswax Tea Lights. The salve felt good on my hands, very moisturizing. The tea lights burned well and lasted a while, no complaints there. My only small issue was that one of the tea lights was slightly dented on the side when it arrived, probably happened during shipping. It didn't affect its use, but it wasn't pristine. Otherwise, a good experience and the pricing felt fair for handmade items.

Consistently good products

This was my third time ordering from Honey Lake Bee Company. I got a Beeswax Gift Set this time, and it was just as great as my previous orders. I've tried their Raw Honey and some Beeswax Taper Candles before. Everything always arrives well-packaged and the quality is consistently high. That's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they always deliver. The candles burn clean, and the honey is delicious.

Beeswax Melts are nice

Got some Beeswax Melts and they smell so natural, not like fake stuff. Shipping was pretty quick this time around. I just wanted something for my warmer and these are perfect. My place smells good now.

Good honey, slow shipping

I ordered a jar of their Wildflower Honey. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no issues there. It took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long for a single jar. The honey itself was really good, tasted fresh and raw as advertised. I had a quick question about storage, and their customer support replied within a day. Overall, a solid product, just wish shipping was a touch faster.

How fast does shipping usually take to, say, California? Trying to figure out if I can get a gift set here by next week.

S Sophie Vargas 2 months ago
Hmm, I'm on the East Coast but I think it took about 5-7 days for my last order to arrive. California might be a bit longer.

I'm in LA and it was like a week, maybe a bit more, for my last candle order. Might be cutting it close for next week if you need it by a specific day.

Are their candles truly 100% beeswax? Some places say that but then they have other stuff mixed in.

A Anna 2 months ago
Yep, they really push the 100% beeswax thing. They seem pretty committed to that.

All the candles I've bought from them have been pure beeswax. No weird smells or anything, just that nice honey scent. You can tell the difference.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a bunch of these candles for gifts. Does anyone know if they do any kind of bulk discount if you're buying a bunch of them, like for wedding stuff?

N Neil 1 month ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about bulk discounts, especially for wedding favors or larger orders. You might wanna check their site or just shoot them an email.

They totally do! My friend got a sweet deal on a bunch of mini candles for her bridal shower last year. Worth asking them directly, they're pretty responsive.

Hey, does Honey Lake Bee Company offer free shipping at all? Or is that only for big orders?

K Kevin 2 months ago
I think it's for orders over a certain amount, like 50 bucks or something like that. Check their FAQs.

G Greg 2 months ago
Yep, I always try to hit the 50 dollar mark to get free shipping. It's totally worth it if you're buying a few things.

Just wondering about the honey – is it actually raw and unfiltered like they say? I've been burned before by 'raw' honey that's clearly not.

S Sam 2 months ago
From what I've read and tasted, it seems legit. They really emphasize their process and how they don't mess with it.

Totally. I'm pretty picky about my honey and theirs is the real deal. You can even see bits of pollen sometimes, which is a good sign it's not super processed.

What's the deal with returns if I end up not liking something? Is it a hassle or pretty straightforward?

N Nina 1 month ago
I returned a candle that arrived broken once and it was super easy. They were really good about it.

Afaik, their return policy is pretty chill. Haven't had to use it myself, but friends say it's no big deal.

I saw a pop-up for a first-time customer discount. Where do you actually enter that code when you're checking out?

N Noor Whitfield 1 month ago
It's usually at the very end, like right before you confirm your payment. Keep an eye out for a box that says 'promo code' or 'discount code'.

Yeah, like after you put in your shipping details. Don't worry, you won't miss it, it's pretty standard checkout flow.
